Pink Day – Monday is Pink Day. This is a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. On that day, for a donation, student may wear as much pink as they wish. This can be a lot of fun with pink hair, pink clothes, pink face paint, etc. We ask that the minimum donation be $2, but we are always impressed with the generosity of our families, many of whom donate more than that.

CALLING ALL BUSINESS OWNERS!
Join our EXPO ROW at CFP!
If you own a traditional business, home-based business, or craft business, please share your products and services with the Central Florida Prep family! Join us at this year’s Fall Festival 2017, where you can set and decorate a table to share your business with the CFP parents, students, families & friends. For only a $25 flat fee, you can represent your company (or your hobby) and earn revenue, meet potential new customers, publicize/advertise for the day among the local community, etc. This fundraiser benefits everyone: the CFP community can learn with whom they may do business “in the family;” business owners can financially contribute to their children’s school, while also growing their businesses; and parents can shop while their kids play!!
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have further questions.

We will have our annual costume parade on Tuesday, October 31st. The parade is led by our one-year-old students and includes students through fifth grade. The parade begins promptly at 9:00 A.M. Parents are invited to attend, but we ask that you assemble outside to watch by 8:50 A.M. This allows all the teachers time to help their students’ line up in an orderly fashion. Please, no scary or gory costumes. They frighten our young students.
Trunk or Treat – We begin a trunk or treat event immediately after our Costume Parade. If you are able to “be a trunk” and provide a treat, please see Lonie in the front office or email her at email@example.com. All of our students participate in the Trunk or Treat, so you will need to provide treats for 250 students. This is fun for everyone, so decorate your trunk and enjoy the morning!
Crazy Hair and Painted Faces are encouraged for our students in grades 6 -12 on Tuesday, October 31st. Although they do not participate in the costume parade, they get to enjoy the day in a more age-appropriate manner.
Turkey Run – Friday, November 17th is our annual Turkey Run. It begins at 9:00 A.M. and goes until approximately 11:00 A.M. Parents are invited to watch or participate.
Monday, October 30th is Mariner Monday
