Mrs. Pierson joined CFP in the year 2003. She and her husband, Jerry, are proud parents of three children; their son, Grant, is in college and their twins, Emilia and Alexandria, just began their college journey. Mrs. Pierson was born in Spain, and came to the States with her family when she was a teenager. In her free time she enjoys reading, going to the beach and spending time with her family and friends.
Renny Woodworth: Renny joined the CFP family as a Montessori assistant in 2010, and her daughter graduated from CFP after attending since Pre-k. A strong proponent of physical as well as academic excellence, Renny spends her time outside CFP as a certified Zumba instructor, and enjoys teaching yoga to children.
Julia is a CFP graduate who joined the teaching staff in 2007. Building upon her Masters in Education degree, her professional certifications include the AMS Montessori Credential, FL Teaching Certification, and FL Director Credential. Julia specializes in Montessori education, and carries the torch for a family tradition of teaching.
Cheryl holds an International Montessori Teaching Certification from North America Montessori center and has attained her Florida Childcare Professional Credential. She strives to always appreciate her students’ unique perspectives, and enjoys volunteering and fundraising for children’s charities. Cheryl is the mother of a former CFP Montessori student, and joined the CFP family as a teacher in 2009 specializing in preschool and Montessori instruction.
Born and raised in Orlando, Florida, Jill is the youngest of four siblings, which all still reside in the Central Florida area. She is married and has three sons;. Michael is a senior, Connor is in third grade and Brock just started at CFP. She got her start in Montessori in 2003 as a classroom assistant. After a few years, Jill decided she wanted to become Montessori certified and trained to teach young children. In 2007, she earned her Early Childhood Associate Credential from The American Montessori Society through Maitland Montessori School’s Teacher Education program. With over a decade of Montessori experiences, Jill is excited for another fantastic school year!
Ms. Milla joined the CFP family in 2015 after working as a teaching assistant and Kindergarten teacher. She was born and raised in Guyana, and came to the States with her husband, Neville, in 1981. They have one daughter, Shelby, who is currently working on her Doctorate in Forensic Chemistry. Milla has worked in a classroom setting for more than 30 years and thoroughly enjoys being around children of all ages!
Mrs. Graf has been teaching at CFP since 2004. She began her journey here as a Montessori assistant and for the last few years she has been working in the Infant/Toddler 1 Room. Lori and her husband Mike have been married for more than 20 years. She has 3 children and 4 grandchildren, 2 of which attend school here. Lori has recently bought a house in Lake County and is looking forward to becoming the owner of two mini cows!

Amanda has been teaching since 2004, and joined the CFP family in 2014. She is VPK certified, holds a Florida Director Certification and Florida Staff Certification from the Department of Children and Families, and is actively pursuing an advanced degree in early childhood education. As the mother of two CFP students, Amanda treats every child in her care as her own, and seeks always to maintain open lines of communications with the parents of her students.
Bria is a DCF certified teacher and CFP parent who joined the teaching staff in 2016. She brings her performing arts and gardening expertise to the classroom where she specializes in toddler care.
